How fast will I get my video?
It depends on the package you choose:

Essential Promo: Delivered in 2 business days

We pride ourselves on quick turnarounds without cutting corners.
How soon can we film?
It depends on our current project load. We typically schedule shoots 1-3 weeks in advance, but sometimes we have openings for next day service. Give us a call.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! Our typical payment arrangement is 50% upfront and balance upon completion. We have flexible payment options as well as a monthly subscription plan. Contact us for details.
Can I upgrade after booking?
Yes! If you start with a smaller package and decide you want to expand the project, we’ll credit your original payment toward the larger package. We’ll help you scale it up without losing any work.
Who owns the final video?
You do. Once the project is complete and paid for, all final deliverables are yours to use however you’d like—on your website, social media, or in ads.
Do I get all the raw footage?
No, we keep the raw footage by default. But it’s available for purchase at any time if you need it.
What’s your revision process?

Essential Promo includes no revisions to keep things fast and budget-friendly. If you need to add revisions we’ll quote you (typically $100-$300).

Pro Promo includes 1 round of revisions.

Flagship Promo includes 2 rounds to ensure it’s perfect.
We always aim to get it right the first time, but we’re happy to make changes where included. Errors are fixed at no charge.
What if I don’t know what to say on camera?
No problem. We’ll guide you through the process and help you feel comfortable.
For the Flagship Promo, we also offer full scripting support. For the other packages, we’ll coach you through a natural, authentic delivery—or we can simply use voiceover or music-only formats if you prefer not to talk.
